Project
will assess current well testing practices and will develop guidelines that
can be used by operators worldwide. Project will:
- Conduct initial fact finding on OCS and
worldwide practice;
- Conduct Generic SWIFT/HAZID of well
testing operations;
- Develop initial position paper based on
SWIFT/HAZID results;
- Conduct Industry Workshop to solicit
further industry input to Guideline;
- Create Guideline Hearing Draft based on
workshop;
- Submit Draft to industry/MMS; and
- Finalize Draft and issue Project report(s)
