Description Project will assess current well testing practices and will develop guidelines that can be used by operators worldwide. Project will:
  1. Conduct initial fact finding on OCS and worldwide practice;
  2. Conduct Generic SWIFT/HAZID of well testing operations;
  3. Develop initial position paper based on SWIFT/HAZID results;
  4. Conduct Industry Workshop to solicit further industry input to Guideline;
  5. Create Guideline Hearing Draft based on workshop;
  6. Submit Draft to industry/MMS; and
  7. Finalize Draft and issue Project report(s)
