Description Project determined the risk of leaving wells temporarily abandoned and shut in and to determine if the risk can be lowered with remediation efforts. The final report is available.
Progress Project started August, 1999. The data on the TA/SI wells was gathered along with oil spill and environmental data. The data was graphed and analyzed for inclusion in a final report. It was concluded that sour wells have a high risk for leaking when SI/TA. The final report is available.
