Description To conduct an in-house workshop for the MMS to review the state of the art of composite applications for the offshore oil and gas industry.
Progress The workshop was held on April 21, 1999 and was attended by over 90 participants from industry, other government agencies, and several consulting companies and universities.  Copies of the proceedings were provided to those attending the workshop.
