Description This is a Cooperative Agreement. The project developed a description of the Louisiana State laws that apply to all offshore platforms and pipelines. The project also identified all regulatory agencies that have jurisdiction over facilities located in Louisiana; researched the history and objectives of the Louisiana inspection programs for platforms and pipelines; and reviewed the nature of inspections of the Louisiana inspection programs.
