Description This was a Joint Industry Project (JIP) with the Naval Civil Engineering Laboratory (NCEL) to conduct a state- of-the-art review of frequency and time domain, numerical analysis techniques, for semisubmersibles and tension leg platform type structures. The intent of this work was to provide a document which would facilitate the approval of reliable analysis techniques for compliant structures.
