| Description |
A technique was developed for
transmitting underwater information by means of digital acoustic telemetry between a
transmitter and receiver which determine by signal and feedback the optimum frequency,
data rate, and power level. |
| Progress |
Complete. Test hardware was
evaluated by an interactive process of at-sea tests. |
