Technology Assessment & Research (TA&R) Program

Submitting Research Proposals

On August 22, 2011, BOEMRE Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for proposals addressing 2011 Proposed Research on Safety of Renewable Energy Operations in the US Outer Continental Shelf. Please follow the instructions in the request. This announcement closes on September 26, 2011. The announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to the Bureau for review. BOEMRE has suggested guidelines that you may follow if your white paper results in a future request for a full proposal. The purpose is to provide consistency in proposals to expedite the review process. (20 KB PDF)
