Geological and Geophysical Data Acquisition
  A Twenty - Year Retrospective 1976 - 1996

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) recently released an OCS Report entitled "Geological and Geophysical Data Acquisition, A Twenty -Year Retrospective 1976 - 1996", a Resource Evaluation Report by George Dellagiarino, Patricia Fulton, and Dave Zinzer. The 39 page report describes the role of geological and geophysical data acquisition on the Outer Continental Shelf in the Resource Evaluation Program. It also provides detailed statistics on types, quantities, and costs associated with such data acquisition.
