How to Apply

The BOEMRE is dedicated to informing the public about employment opportunities across the country. USAJOBS is the web site where all federal jobs are advertised and is the channel through which you may find the Bureau jobs and submit your resume and application.  Both Current federal employees and outside candidates should use the USAJOBS system to apply for positions with any of the programs.  By using USAJOBS, you may fine-tune your job search by occupation, pay, or location, and you may also set your account to automatically notify you when positions of interest to you are open.

A simple registration process allows you to create, edit, and archive your resume and other supporting documents, and then when you find a job that you like, just follow the links within the vacancy announcement to complete the online application.  Your USAJOBS account will have a convenient feature that allows you to view the jobs to which you have applied and will show you whether your resume and documentation is received.  Please visit USAJOBS to learn more about specific vacancies with the Bureau and embark on your new career path.
