Remarks: "Tara Aylene" boat from Freeport was refueling Pool Rig 140, dropped hose over the side, connected hose and started pumping. The valve on the hose was closed. Pressure ruptured the hose and caused a spill.

Remarks: While transferring diesel from supply boat to drilling rig, the coupling parted at or near the water line. Neither boat nor rig personnel noticed immediately and pumping continued. Boat possibly mashed hose coupling between hull and boat landing causing coupling to part.

Remarks: EXPLORATION SPILL. While taking on fuel from the M/V "Imco Pat", the diesel transfer hose broke about 20' feet from the boat and landed in the water.
