Past Workshops

Recognizing the importance of quickly making studies results available to a diverse audience of information users, investigators present the status of ongoing research at BOEMRE Information Transfer Meetings and regional, national, and international conferences. Final research reports are submitted to BOEMRE, and results are published in peer-reviewed journals. The Environmental Studies Program Information System (ESPIS), a major information management effort, houses these reports. These products all form a part of the information base used by BOEMRE analysts, and others, to conduct environmental assessments related to the management of OCS resources.
