MMS's timely and accurate distribution of mineral receipts
in excess of $348 million in Fiscal Year 2003.

technical input and commercial advice utilized by MMS in the
design of efficient and effective crude oil transportation
and exchange strategies that have proven successful in
implementing the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Fill
Initiative.

reporting accuracy on more than 90,000 production report
lines in Fiscal Year 2003 and for consistent and timely
updates of Exxon Mobil's system data, aligning with
government data and ensuring efficient processing of
production reporting.
