Equal Employment Opportunity Division Chief - A&B
The Equal Employment Opportunity Division is responsible for the direction and review of BOEMRE's employment, counseling, and equal opportunity programs. Its goal is to ensure that work force activities are inclusive, that they promote the full utilization and exchange of skills and talents. The Division Chief functions as the EEO Officer for BOEMRE.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates Special Emphasis Activities
- Develops and implements complaints prevention initiatives
- Administers the Employee Counseling Programs, and a program of dispute resolution alternatives
- Develops and tracks work place equity programs
- Oversees and tracks complaints processing
- Coordinates compliance with Departmental Office for Equal Opportunity and EEOC directives and Solicitor's requests
- Tracks and analyzes employment trends
